Our Approach
We take a holistic approach to wellness, seeking to balance acceptance and change in the journey towards healing. We utilize evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focus Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing, providing our clients with tangible skills and approaches that have been shown by research to be effective in bringing about change. We tailor these approaches to each individual client, incorporating Mindfulness, somatic, and experiential approaches that help clients to break out of patterns of avoidance and hopelessness and create a life worth living.
